1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ErazeBG ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ErazeBG provides AI-powered image editing tools, including background removal, image upscaling, and object removal. Services are provided on a credit-based subscription model.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ErazeBG to:

  • Process illegal, copyrighted, or trademarked content without permission
  • Generate or edit harmful, abusive, or deceptive imagery
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
  • Resell credits or accounts without written permission
  • Process content depicting minors in any inappropriate context

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

6. User Content & Image Rights

You retain all rights to images you upload. By uploading, you grant ErazeBG a temporary license to process your images via our AI providers solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership and do not use your images for AI training.

Uploaded images are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI processing depends on third-party providers (Replicate) and may occasionally fail. Failed jobs do not consume credits.

8. Limitation of Liability

ErazeBG is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid in the past 3 months.

9. Account Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
