Every user gets free credits to test our tools before paying. Take advantage of this to evaluate before subscribing.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions, subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • You must have used less than 10% of your monthly credits
  • Refunds apply only to the most recent billing cycle (not previous renewals)
  • One refund per customer per 12-month period

How to request a refund

Email support@erazebg.com with:

  • Your account email
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund (optional but helps us improve)

We process refunds within 5-7 business days. Funds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds are NOT issued in these cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • More than 10% of monthly credits already consumed
  • Account has been terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Renewal payments after the first cycle (you can cancel anytime to prevent next renewal)
  • Failed AI generations — these don't consume credits, so no refund needed

Cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support. After cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period — you keep your credits during that time.

Service issues

If our service experiences extended downtime or systematic failures preventing you from using purchased credits, we will issue prorated credits or refunds at our discretion.
